Very cute lunch spot. My friends and I came in on opening day - left impressed. We didn’t know it was newly opened when we picked it. The food was delicious and all the staff were sweet. I love that I didn’t even have to ask for hot sauce.

Morning Bun Cafe: A Neighborhood Gem The Morning Bun Cafe is an absolute standout. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, striking that perfect balance between cozy and vibrant. The service was truly superb—attentive, friendly, and efficient without feeling rushed. As for the food, every bite was exceptional. It is rare to find a spot where the quality of the kitchen matches the warmth of the staff, but this place nails it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.

A newly open restaurant with everything made from scratch. Really good coffee, food, pastries, service. Fully recommended. We tried country fried steak, with delicious gravy, hash browns were tasty, and sourdough toast home made. We also ordered a cinnamon bun to to die for.

What can I say? I have nothing-and I mean NOTHING- to criticize about this new "hole in the wall gem" I've been introduced to. This cafe nestled just a few doors down from Bounty Books is compact but full of friendly staff and great food. My husband and I went there for breakfast and it was delicious: my biscuits and gravy were seasoned just right, my husband's eggs and bacon were savory, and we hated having no room for a pastry. This cafe is open until 5pm, but breakfast is available until 3pm, so come on in and enjoy the good food and great company.

I just wanted to say that I am usually hesitant to go to a new restaurant when it's only been open for 3 weeks. We came with a party of 10. The place is very small so larger groups would need to go when it first opens or after 1 pm. But let me tell you this.... we waited 20 minutes and it was worth all the wait. We had the: casserole, breakfast sandwich, chicken fried steak, Cobb salad, French toast, BLT and biscuits and gravy. Everyone said that their food was worth a 5 Star Rating. The coffee, mocha etc. along with the patries and breads that are made in house. The cinnamon rolls are delicious. Try it and you will love it. It was as good or better than Putah Creek Cafe. Trust me.... I am picky!
